FAQ

Where do you build?

  • We’ve been building custom homes in Calgary and the West Kootenays since 2010.

Do you offer design and build services, or do i need to hire my own architect/designer?

  • Absolutely. We provide complete design-build services, handling everything from concept to completion. Our team is with you throughout the entire journey, guiding you through the design and construction of your custom home.

If I already have a designer or architect, can I still work with you?

  • Absolutely! If you already have a designer or architect, we’re glad to collaborate. We frequently work alongside architects and interior designers on custom homes and are here to support the process every step of the way—helping create a home that’s perfect for you and your family.

How do I get started with building my custom home?

  • The process begins with a consultation. Simply contact us to set up a consultation. We’ll discuss your vision, budget, and timeline, and outline the next steps in the design and build process to move your custom home forward.

Is your pricing per square foot?

  • It’s a common question, but the answer depends on your home. Every custom build requires a tailored budget. Our approach is rooted in accurate, transparent pricing, so you know exactly what to expect. While size is a factor, finishes and selections have a greater impact on overall cost. We’re happy to help you explore options that align with your goals, scope, and budget.

How long does it take to build a custom home?

  • Every custom home timeline is unique and depends on the design, size, and location of the project. We’ll work closely with you to set clear expectations and create a realistic timeline from the start.

Do you handle the permits and inspections?

  • Absolutely. We manage the entire renovation process, from permits to inspections, making sure everything meets local requirements so you can stay focused on your project—not the paperwork.

Yes we do!

  • 1 Year – Workmanship & materials

  • 2 Years – Mechanical systems

  • 5 Years – Building envelope

  • 10 Years – Structural components
